Vehicle Renters
As a vehicle renter, you agree to:
- Have a valid driver's license and meet age requirements
- Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes
- Return the vehicle in the same condition as received
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations
- Not use the vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
- Report any accidents or damages immediately
- Pay all fees and charges associated with your rental
You are financially responsible for any damages, violations, or additional charges incurred during your rental period.
Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to owner approval. You agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Complete payment before vehicle pickup
- Pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges
- Understand that prices may vary based on demand and availability
- Review and understand cancellation policies
- Comply with any additional terms set by vehicle owners
RENTO reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in certain circumstances, including but not limited to safety concerns or platform violations.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our platform for illegal activities
- Violate any local, state, national, or international laws
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
- Collect or store personal information about other users
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Use the platform for commercial purposes without permission
Intellectual Property
Our platform and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RENTO and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or revenue
- Personal injury or property damage
- Any damages arising from your use of our platform
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
Indemnification

- Your vehicle rental activities
Termination
